Este lunes en Lecciones de Vida les venimos a hablar del Trabajo.

Existen muchas cosas de las cuales no se aprenden en la escuela, una de ellas es acerca de lo que nos espera en el mundo una vez salgamos de la escuela y entremos al mundo laboral.

Algunos de nosotros salimos de la escuela superior directamente a trabajar, otros iremos a la universidad para poder aprender una carrera a seguir y por la cual esperamos algún día trabajar en ella.

Pero aunque tal vez eso era lo que sucedía comúnmente  en los tiempos de nuestros abuelos, hoy en día existen muchas personas que fueron a la universidad que no han conseguido trabajo y otros que aunque pasaron muchos años aprendiendo una carrera universitaria, en el día de hoy se encuentran trabajando en algo que está muy lejos de la carrera que ellos escogieron y ese certificado de graduación es tan solo un papel más en una gaveta.

Hoy el día el campo laboral es muy diferente a lo que fue en los tiempos de nuestros abuelos, ahora en este tiempo en el que la mayoría de las personas están todo el tiempo conectados se les exigen a los empleados a estar disponibles no tan solo de 9am a 5pm sino que a toda hora, hasta en sus vacaciones.

El trabajo te exige horas más largas y a cambio de muy pocos beneficios, si acaso tienes suerte de tener alguno. Los empleados somos un número más, somos desechables. No existe la lealtad al empleado, debes tener eso muy en mente.

Una vez tengas un trabajo es importante que la compañía sea importante para ti, pero no más importante que tu propia vida, tu familia ni tu felicidad. 

Trata de buscar un trabajo que vaya a la par con tu pasión  en la vida, busca algo que te haga feliz, pero si necesitas un trabajo y no encuentras nada que te apasione, coge ese trabajo pero nunca pierdas la noción de lo que te apasiona, sigue y trata de mantener activa tus pasiones ya que en eso es que vas a conseguir el éxito.

Cada trabajo que cogemos es una experiencia de vida que nos ayuda a obtener destrezas de vida, si nos quedamos muchos años en un mismo lugar sin avanzar de posición nos estamos haciendo un daño porque nos estamos estancando. Empleados que se mantienen en una compañía por más de 3 años sin avance es un grave error.

Nosotros vinimos a este mundo no a sobrevivir, sino a prosperar. Todos tenemos un propósito en esta vida de lograr un cambio no tan solo en los demás sino en el mundo. No dejemos echar a perder esas oportunidades de crecimiento.

This Monday in Life Lessons We come to talk about Work.

There are many things that are not learned in school, one of them is about what awaits us in the world once we leave school and enter the workforce.

Some of us went from high school directly to work, others go to college to learn a career to pursue and which we hope one day to work on it.

But although perhaps that was what commonly happened in the days of our grandfathers, today many people who went to college have not been able to find work and others who spent many years getting a university degree, today they are working on something that is far from the career they chose and that certificate of graduation is just one more paper in a drawer.

Today, the workplace is very different from what it was in the times of our grandparents, now in this day and age where most people are connected all the time companies expect employees to be available not only from 9am to 5pm but at all times, even on holidays.

Companies will require longer hours in return for very little benefits, if you can consider to be one of the few lucky enough to have benefits. Employees are a just a number in a company, we are disposable. There is no loyalty to the employee, you must stick that in your mind.

Once you have a job it is important that the company is important to you, but not more important than your own life, your family or your happiness.

Try to find a job that goes hand in hand with your passion in life, find something that makes you happy, but if you need a job and can’t find anything you're passionate about, take that job but never lose sight of what you're passionate about, continue to keep your passions alive because that is the path from where you're going to succeed in life.

Every job we take is a life experience that helps us gain life skills, if we stay many years in one place without advancing in position we are harming ourselves more because we are stagnating. Employees who are held in a company for more than three years without advancement is a serious error.

We came into this world not to survive but to thrive. Everyone has a purpose in life to make a difference not only in others but in the world. Let us not spoil these growth opportunities.

When Others At Work Want To See You Fail/Cuando Otros En El Trabajo Quieren Verte Fracazar

Porque será que mis compañeros celosos no pueden admitir que estan obsecionados con admirarme?

When Others At Work Want To See You Fail

Wherever we are working there always seem to be what we call bullying or discrimination, whether due to race, ethnicity, sexual orientation or nationality, it is a situation with which every human being must deal with but few are willing to work like this, either because of abuse or lack of respect from your coworkers.

Nobody wants to be a slave to his work, much less do they want to spend their life behind a desk or a fryer, and much less do they want to have colleagues who only want to be teasing them by any of the above reasons.

Work is the word that distinguishes men from children by the simple fact that it is not easy and is even harder when your teammates, sometimes from your same origin, only want to see you in the hole and not allow you to grow out of fear that you will take away their position.
But what they don’t know is that at the end of the day others will realize who is a really good employee and who really does not deserve the position and salary at hand.

Learn to be good, honest people and don’t try to sabotage other’s success for the simple fact that they really want to progress while you probably don’t want to do anything with your life, or simply don’t care.

If you are one of those that doesn’t want others to grow, I regret to inform you that in the end you will be the one who stays behind.

If you are someone who receives abuse and bullying from your colleagues don’t keep quiet out of fear, report those who just harass you, because if you keep quiet it could escalate further to something only God knows.

When you hear gossip about yourself, fly higher, when people criticize you without reason because they want to hurt you, fly even higher. Remember, reptiles never reach heights, they can only drag themselves in the ground.

Cuando Otros En El Trabajo Quieren Verte Fracazar

Donde quiera que estemos trabajando siempre existirá lo que llamamos bullying o discriminación, ya sea por raza, etnia, orientación sexual o nacionalidad, es una situación con la cual todo ser humano debe de lidiar y con lo cual muy pocos están dispuestos a trabajar ya sea por abuso o falta de respeto de parte de tus compañeros de trabajo.

Nadie desea ser esclavo de su trabajo y mucho menos quiere pasar su vida detrás de un escritorio o de una freidora y mucho menos desea tener compañeros de trabajo que solo sepan burlarse por cualquiera de las razones antes mencionadas.

Trabajar es la palabra que diferencia al hombre de los niños por el simple hecho de que no es nada fácil y es aún más pesado y difícil cuando tus compañeros en ocasiones de tu mismo origen solo desean verte en el hoyo y no te permiten crecer por miedo a que tú le quites su puesto.
Pero lo que ellos no saben es que al final del camino los demás se darán cuenta quien en verdad es buen empleado y quien en realidad no merece el puesto y sueldo que ocupa.

Aprendamos a ser personas de bien y no querer hundir a los demás por el simple hecho de que ellos en verdad quieren progresar mientras que ustedes no quieren ni hacer con su vida absolutamente nada.

Si eres de los que no quieres que los demás crezcan lamento decirte que al final de cuentas tú quedas como la mierda.

Si eres de los que recibe abusos y bullying departe de tus compañeros no te lo calles y deja el miedo, denuncia a quienes solo te hostigan si lo callas podría llegar a consecuencias mayores que solo Dios sabe.

Responsibility/Responsabilidad

Responsibility, what everyone requires, but few have.

Responsibility is required from people from the highest social ranks to the people that are given the least importance today.

But the question is, are your bosses being responsible to you and your colleagues?
Your customers, who seek daily your services, are they responsible when paying your services? These services that you may give to them daily, regardless of whether they have money to pay you instantly when you're done.

Everyone requires responsibility, but the most demanding are the least responsible to you, you fight and demand the best but do not like to pay what your job is worth.
It’s incredible that thousands of people require you to be responsible with them, but is the last thing their parents taught them. Remember something, give value to your work, do not be afraid to charge high fees for your work, but also be responsible with your supplies and demands and your customers. You are responsible for avoiding misunderstandings and you will always have good customers requesting your services.

Responsabilidad,  lo que todo mundo exige,  pero lo que muy pocos tienen.

La responsabilidad es exigida desde los más altos rangos sociales hasta las personas que menos importancia se les da hoy día.

Pero la pregunta es la siguiente, tus jefes ¿son responsables contigo y tus compañeros de trabajo?
Tus clientes que a diario solicitan tus servicios ¿son responsables al momento de pagar tus servicios? Servicios que posible prestas a diario sin importar si tienen o no dinero para pagarte al instante que termines.

Todo mundo exige responsabilidad pero los que más exigen son lo que menos responsables son contigo, te pelean y exigen lo mejor pero no les gusta pagar lo que vale tu trabajo.
Es algo increíble como miles de personas exigen que seas responsables con ellos pero es lo que menos sus padres les enseñaron a ellos, recuerda algo, dale valor a tu trabajo, no tengas miedo de cobrar sumas elevadas por tu trabajo, pero también se responsable con tus entregas y exige a tus clientes que sean responsables contigo para que no existan malos entendidos y siempre tengas buenos clientes solicitando tus servicios.
