Are People Getting Worse By The Day?
Do you sometimes wonder if you can be a better employee, and wonder if you will ever get to that position where you have worked so hard to get, yet no matter what you do you always feel like you are stuck in the same place?
Will it be that envy, greed, selfishness, and other things, prohibits us as leaders or managers, from allowing those who are below us to have the opportunity to climb up the ladder at work so that they too can succeed in life as anyone who wishes to excel in life?
No, we are so self-centered that we only care about our welfare over anyone else. If the secretary wants a higher salary or a promotion, she has to earn it by working on her knees in front of me for it. If our driver wants a higher salary, he should forget about that raise or resign and look for another job. Do you think that makes sense for it to happen today in the XXI century?
We shouldn’t be prisoners of our fears, and allow such harassment. If at some point in your life you feel your boss harassing you in order to get a higher salary or he expects you to become his servant because it's the only way to earn a better salary or job? Be courageous and forget those people who just want to use you at their convenience and face your fears and shame and seek help, denouncing anyone who harasses you either sexually, mentally or physically.
Remember that you are a human being and like everyone on earth you also deserve a good job and a good salary.

¿Sera Que Cada Día Somos Peores Personas?
¿A veces te preguntas si puedes ser mejor empleado, y cómo puedes llegar a ese puesto que tanto tiempo as luchado por obtener, y no importa lo que hagas siempre sigues en el mismo lugar?
¿Sera que la envidia, la avaricia, el egoísmo y demás, no nos permite a nosotros como jefes o gerentes, el permitir que aquellas personas que están por debajo de nosotros tengan la oportunidad de subir y de esa manera ellos también poder triunfar en la vida como todo aquel que desea superarse en la vida?
No, somos tan egocéntricos que solo nos importa nuestro bienestar y el de más nadie, si la secretaria quiere un sueldo o un ascenso tiene que ganárselo de rodillas frente a mí. Si nuestro chofer quiere un sueldo mayor, tiene que olvidarse de que yo le subiré el sueldo o renunciar y
buscar otro trabajo. ¿Piensas tu que eso es necesario hoy día en pleno siglo XXI?
No creo que debamos ser presos de nuestros miedos, y permitir este tipo de acosos. Si en algún momento de tu vida tu jefe te acosa para que obtengas un mayor sueldo o tienes que volverte el sirviente de tu jefe porque es la única forma de ganar un mejor sueldo o puesto, date tu valor y olvida esas personas que solo te quieren utilizar a su conveniencia y olvida tus
miedo y vergüenzas y busca ayuda, denuncia a todo aquel que te acose ya sea sexual, mental o físicamente.
Recuerda que eres un ser humano igual que todo ser en la tierra también mereces un buen puesto y un buen sueldo.
