How To Develop Our Intuition?

Have you ever experienced intuition? That inner voice that tells us what to do.

Sometimes we hear it and often ignore it, but if you think about it, every time we ignore that voice, we end up regretting not listening to it.

We all have the power of intuition, is that part of ourselves that let us know what is happening even though we are not fully aware of it.

But we unfortunately do not know how to use this power to our maximum benefit. Learning to tune the power of our intuition is key to tune in to our destiny and our true path in life.

It is true that intellectual knowledge is important in society, but equally important is our intuition. Ask any truly successful person and see how they say that success comes from both, intuition and the brain.

Intuition tells you things either directly or indirectly, in dreams, in feelings or by quieting our busy, rational minds.

It is up to you to interpret these messages from the common intelligence of the universe.

But something you should always note: whatever situation you are in, your intuitive voice will always speak first. Your intuition wants what’s best for your higher self. It is your ego that will start questioning and making you doubt. So when in doubt, always listen to the first thing you heard, or felt.

Tips to develop your intuition.

Mute your surroundings. The world is full of distractions and noise, which makes us have difficulty identifying that inner voice.

Trust yourself, trust that divine guidance and trust in God. Be open to messages from your intuition and have the courage to follow that guidance, even if this information doesn’t make sense, as often happens.

Relax your body. Also this will help you be more in tune with your intuition.

Slow down and pay attention. When we walk through life in a hurry, we tend not to look at what is really important and it’s more likely to lose important messages from our intuition.

Find your signal. To increase your intuition and to communicate more clearly with your spiritual nature, you must find your signal. We have a signal that serves as confirmation of your intuitive messages. It may be something as getting chills, goose bumps, or perhaps to see a flower like a rose or a daisy. When we find our signal, it will become easier to hear those messages from our intuition.

¿Alguna vez has experimentado con la intuición? Esa vocecita interna que nos dice que hacer.

Hay veces que la escuchamos y muchas veces la ignoramos, pero si nos ponemos a pensar, todas las veces que ignoramos esa voz, terminamos arrepintiéndonos de no haberla escuchado.

Todos tenemos ese poder de intuición, es esa parte de nosotros mismos que sabe lo que está sucediendo aun cuando nosotros no estamos completamente conscientes de ello.  

Pero nosotros desafortunadamente no sabemos utilizar este poder a nuestro máximo beneficio. Aprender a sintonizarnos al poder de nuestra intuición es clave para poder sintonizar a nuestro destino y nuestro verdadero camino en la vida.

Es cierto que el conocimiento intelectual es importante en la sociedad, pero el intuitivo es igual de importante. Pregúntale a cualquier persona verdaderamente exitosa y veras como te dirá que el éxito proviene tanto de la intuición como del cerebro.

La intuición te avisa de cosas ya sea directamente o indirectamente, en sueños, sensaciones o al callar nuestras mentes ocupadas y racionales.

Está en ti interpretar esos mensajes que provienen de la inteligencia común del universo.

Pero algo que siempre debes tomar en cuenta, es que la intuición, siempre va a hablar primero. Tu intuición quiere lo mejor para tu ser superior, es tu ego el que comienza a dudar y ponerte indeciso.

Así que cuando tengas dudas, siempre hazle caso a la primera cosa que sentiste o escuchaste.

Consejos para desarrollar tu intuición.

Silencia tus alrededores. El mundo está lleno de distracciones y ruidos, los cuales se nos dificulta identificar esa voz interna.

Confía en ti mismo, confía en esa guía divina y confía en Dios. Se abierto a los mensajes de tu intuición y ten la valentía de seguir esa guía, aun cuando esta información no haga sentido, como sucede frecuentemente.

Relaja tu cuerpo. Aso estarás mas a tono con tu intuición.

Cálmate y presta atención. Cuando andamos por la vida con prisa, tendemos a no fijarnos en lo que realmente es importante y es más probable que perdamos mensajes importantes de nuestra intuición.

Encuentra tu Señal. Para aumentar tu intuición y para poder comunicarte más claramente con tu naturaleza espiritual, encuentra tu señal. Nosotros tenemos una señal que sirve como confirmación de tus mensajes intuitivos. Puede ser algo como sentir escalofríos, piel de gallina, o tal vez es ver una flor como una rosa o una margarita. Cuando encontramos nuestra señal, se nos hará más fácil.
